We hereby apply for membership in the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors, Inc. We agree,
if elected, to abide by the by-laws and
regulations of the Association toward the
improvement of this industry. Check for annual
dues is attached with form or complete the

must be sponsored by a Southern member in good
standing.

2nd , 3rd , 4th Warehouse $450
each
5 or more warehouses $2,000
Brokers/Sales Representatives (Number of Members in Firm)
1st Member in Firm $200
2nd Member in

Each additional member in firm $70
