By becoming a member of the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors, you gain all the benefits and services described in our web site.

Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors Membership Application Form 2009

We hereby apply for membership in the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors, Inc. We agree, if elected, to abide by the by-laws and regulations of the Association toward the improvement of this industry. Check for annual dues is attached with form or complete the credit card authorization below.) All applicants must be sponsored by a Southern member in good standing.

Wholesale Distributors (Number of Houses)
1st warehouse $600
2nd , 3rd , 4th Warehouse $450 each
5 or more warehouses $2,000
 
Brokers/Sales Representatives (Number of Members in Firm)
1st Member in Firm $200
2nd Member in Firm $130
Each additional member in firm $70
